i recently thought i finally landed on a solution to my "which camera do i get for deep infrared??" dilemma and bought a pre-converted ~830nm oly e-m5 mk ii from mpb but it was weirdly heavy, off-balance, & the evf was smeared. so back it went. now i am back where i started, but more annoyed

m43: THEORETICALLY pocketable, but i have to buy a small body to convert ($400-500 + conversion) aps-c: i have a bare sensor samsung nx2000 which is great except it's faulty. it weighs 200g less than the e-m5! lenses are bigger, but not THAT much. i have an nx300 to convert for ~$300 ???
