Since chess pieces have generally agreed numerical values, we can create a "Killer Ronin" puzzle, but I don't particularly intend to pursue this one just now. (Pretty sure this is uniquely solvable. Cages can contain the same piece twice. Reposted to fix mistake; BlueSky edit button when)

for the avoidance of doubt, "Ronin" is pronounced as in "chappell ROAN, naked IN manhattan"
