He has always been like this. It’s not dementia. He was like this in the 1980’s. He had his CFO and fixers standing in front of him so it was not as obvious. Now, none of his minions are brave enough to do that.

In the 1980's we got professionally edited clips, but now that this hommunculous rules the world, he is producer, director, and editor. If trump ran Apprentice or Lifestyles of the Rich and Stupid they would've sounded just like his rallies today.
