day 3: i already confused my morning and night dose (4mg morning, 2mg night but i just realized i did the opposite) and i know it's gonna be fun if i go back to normal the next day

i have been v sleepy and i know i just need to let my body adjust. i probably shouldn't be putting my endocrine system through a rock tumbler though
