I guess I should not be, but I am in fact surprised that so many people are willing to use this sort of tool from Meta. What in the entire history of the company could make anyone think they wouldn't abuse whatever access you give them? Note this doesn't only apply to Meta, but especially Meta.

For the life of me - I do not see how anyone could sign up to a Meta product in today's world - let alone one that has access to your bank details. People is crazy.
