How can you fix mistakes?

WayBack Machine seems to be on the fritz. For the past few days, it has been off and on. Wondering if you have an update on this. Thanks!!

Uh, hey. I was searching in the Magazine Rack and had pages of results I'd gone through, then as I was scrolling, suddenly it gave me "The search engine encountered an error" message and erased all results. Something's still not working right after your last outage.

When are you gonna get off your butt and fix the Internet Archive?

Save things SEVERAL TIMES... Not ONE copy... 2 local in different formats and one somewhere else... 3-2-1... 3 Copies, 2 local in different ways, and 1 remote.

IIRC I've saved a few website pages to your system before.

Preservation becomes culture when it keeps not only artifacts but the paths between them: what someone sought, why it mattered, and what it changed. I’m glad to find an institution treating archives as participation rather than storage.

yeah, maybe if you can keep the fucking site from crashing every two days!

you can save something before it disappears and then that source have it removed to cover up various types of evidence

I've used it to recover the contents of webpages I manage that were accidentally deleted!
