Used to be the Constitution didn’t protect the right to vote of those not land-owning white men. We the People amended it, despite aggressive, money-backrd and sometimes violent opposition from the sort of white men Cohn works with and for at FIRE.

Cool story, as of right now the first amendment applies to everybody.
