Okay but which bad musicals 👀 Also great lil monk guys!

The Pirate Movie (1982) - hated it Oz (1976) - falsely advertised and not actually a musical. pretty dull but the one brief concert scene is fucking bonkers Babes in Toyland (1986) it's got baby keanu reeves and some fun cheap monster costumes but i accidentally watched the 145 min cut. too long!

one of the reasons i've been trying to learn to ink with much broader nibs is when i DO eventually make a big monk zine i want to shrink these guys down and ring the pages with them like sergio aragones style marginalia
