Thank you! Developers are funny because on one hand they think they can implement anything themselves, but on the other hand they can be fiercly loyal to something like vim. You want to get into their dev process. What's the app?

That's a two-edged sword. I had the same thing at Smart Bear. The bad news is evangelism makes the sale harder but the good news is if you convince someone they might be a customer for 10 years.
