Happy Birthday, USA. These lyrics really do sum up how I feel about the last decade under the Magat fascists, even despite the 4-year respite. They were always creeping this way, but these last ten years, they've been racing.

I'm a 52yo AuDHD woman who lives with varying levels of depression & anxiety, who ends up dreading & hating nearly every job l've ever had. As an AuDHD person, I'm reaching out to all of BlueSky #mutualaid with help finding ND-friendly work, that actually works for me. #JobSeekers #OpenToWork

By the end of the month, I need to find another source of income, or be out of work again, because my job will be over for the summer for the most part. That's the one thing I hate about seasonal work, no matter how good the employer.οΏΌοΏΌ

People say to approach a company you like and persuade them to hire you. For me, that was a disaster. I get best results when I do what's below and the last point is KEY. Don't tell yourself you can succeed in a toxic workplace. No one can! Keep looking til you find a healthy workplace.

Hi, Jennie - it can be hard to find a job, but I think the biggest challenge is finding a workplace that values its employees. I use Idealist.org, Indeed.com and LinkedIn.com I have the best results when I decide what I want to do then look for a good company that does it and watch their job posts.
