At NPS the work almost always includes weekends. If someone thought they had to have Saturday or Sunday off for religious reasons they could get that schedule, but I can see a problem if EVERYONE "needed" Sunday off. I'm pretty sure this kind of thing has come up in the past and ended up in court.

I've spent my 45 years in secular southern Maine. There are different houses of worship everywhere, but in general, no one talks about or cares about what religion anyone is. I have never once had someone in the wild or at work/schools/ etc try to make me feel bad for being agnostic/atheist.
