I used to work at a movie theater. It was ok for a while, and I got to see a lot of free movies off-hours til I was sick. But it wasn’t meaningful and I don’t imagine it was. I would never buy or hold stock in a theater chain. I wouldn’t credit it with cultivating a love of film. It was $7.25/hr
