Rubin: "On Jan. 4, Deputy AG Blanche wrote a memo instructing DOJ officials reviewing the Epstein files to flag 302 memos -- the form the FBI uses to memorialize interviews. That's the exact kind of document we reported yesterday was missing with respect to Trump's accuser."

I just found the Blanche Jan 4 nine page memo here in Aaron's link. 302s removed. www.justice.gov/media/142628... bsky.app/profile/love...

"Epstein Survivor’s Name Reuploaded Before State of the Union: I spoke this morning with a Jane Doe Epstein survivor who confirmed that shortly before the President’s State of the Union address, the Department of Justice reuploaded... She characterized the disclosure as intimidation." 🚨

Reading the memo, Lisa Rubin is right, Blanche is instructing that 302s be FLAGGED. The memo does not instruct that they should be removed. So, it’s not a smoking gun. But it does show that the process made it easier for bad actors to find the documents they wanted to suppress.

It’s almost like they think the victims don’t have voices. Such repulsive cowards, all of them. Backing a Pedo who hit and sexually abuses a 13 year old ( among others, I am sure) . These women matter .

They keep covering it up, thinking people will get bored and move on. Don't let that happen. Demand transparency, demand accountability- for the crimes and the coverup. #EpsteinFiles

Do I understand correctly that, since every document in the “Epstein Files” is serially numbered, there must be a master inventory list of all documents? Maybe we should start demanding that master list. Even if much is redacted, the list would tell us what’s being withheld.
