U.S., and a hunch of larger countries didn’t sign the agreement. So the ICC has no jurisdiction in the U.S. just like they have an arrest warrant out for Putin and Netanyahu. They can’t do anything about it though due to lack of jurisdiction in those countries

So I think it’s honorable for Rep. Moulton to get Hegseth under oath admitting to potential war crimes & of course Trump will pardon Hegseth for any federal crimes but nothing will wipe that smug smile off Hegseth’s face until he faces charges in the International Criminal Court & that’s unlikely.

I disagree. What I described is exactly the conman’s playbook. Donald isn’t operating exclusively on strongman tactics. He has repeated this same play for decades. Loyalty helped get his attn, but drawing them in is purposeful to move the game along.
