Didn’t Alito, in his dobbs majority opinion, state that abortion is not in the constitution? Here we have voting instructions, which are referenced in the constitution and could not be more clear.

I think you are ignoring the key point. Alito and Thomas are the MOST CORRUPT justices in U.S. history. It’s not even close. They are desperate to retain Repub control bcz Dems will investigate expose and end their grift gravy train.

Upon reading Luttig’s scenario (refusal to seat a Dem majority House), it occurs to me that Dems might preemptively assert that anyone who attempts this scheme will be tried for sedition or even treason against the United States.

Judiciary couldn't issue a subpoena to question Clarence because one of the Dem ancients had an illness, DiFi. So it was a 10 - 10 spit on the Committee, then you need 60 votes to enforce. Apparently it's also frowned upon because of the separation of powers. In other words, it's always something
