during canvassing actions on the ground, the goal was not to try to convince Bolsonaro voters to vote for Lula. they had their choice. focus was on those who had not gone voting in the 1st round or were undecided. that's the audience.

I'm not saying this is going to happen though and the road ahead is a arduous one but this positioning is the only way forward Populism and polarisation are absolutely key to effective messaging on the left to counter the far right and its mainstream enablers

And MOBILIZATION, both Brazil and Serbia made big efforts to put people both on the streets and online, not one or the other, BOTH
