The National Criminal Analysis and Targeting Center sits in the White Cap Business Park. Nearby, the Law Enforcement Support Center runs an ICE tip hotline that is open 24 hours a day and processes 55,000 tips a year.

Both facilities belong to a Targeting Operations Division that processes 1.55 million biometric and biographic queries a year. ICE claims access to 340,000 records and works with more than 13,000 law enforcement agencies.

Federal agents tapped Flock license plate cameras maintained by local police while trying to locate Marimar Martinez, the Chicago teacher shot five times by a Border Patrol agent. A federal attorney testified that prosecutors gathered photos of her car from those cameras.
