Is there anyone actually there? I've been a paid member for many years but I don't even get auto-replies to support requests, let alone follow-up from a person.

Hi there! We're here, and our support team always tries their best to respond to all user requests. Could you let us know when and how you tried to contact us? We'll look into it and make sure your message reaches us.

Hi! Good to hear from you. It's hard to know when I last tried to contact support because I don't have a record. I just tried again today as a test, and for the first time since 2019 I got a "Support Ticket Opened" email in response, so that's promising

So, to see if I could communicate with your support team I filed a ticket and did receive an auto-response (#58754). That was two weeks ago, and I've seen no indication that a human has seen it. I still have no way to communicate with you about the issues I've been having with your webhooks.

Hi! We checked on our end, and our support team responded to your ticket on April 8, 2025. If you haven’t seen the reply, please check your spam or junk folders. You’re also welcome to reach out again at support@inoreader.com.

Hello! I have checked spam. I have nothing from inoreader other than an automatic "ticket opened" notification (earlier tickets didn't even produce that). I haven't experienced deliverability issues from any other services or support teams recently.

The last reply I have received from any person on your support team is dated July 11 2016

I've sent another email to your support email address, and in it I've provided a secondary email for reply just to see if responses are being dropped from one but not both. Thanks!

It looks like you have an email redirect set up with your hosting provider. Gmail rejects these due to strict SPF records. It seems your provider is attempting to resend the email from our domain through their SMTP servers, which is causing the issue. Please contact them for a solution.

Thanks for the update! FYI I process 100+ emails through this forwarding host every day from quite a few senders - I'm not missing emails from anyone else that I expect them from
