I find that number to be incredibly optimistic. In fact, I'd be surprised if it were half that available.

Theyre counting 238 million barrels left in strategic oil reserve, as of a few days ago. Experts warned that going under 300 mil barrels erodes structural integrity of the caverns they're stored in, and some point, maybe 72 mil barrels, the hoses can no longer suck out oil without getting water too.

But since the country is run by monumental hubris and heavy disdain for scientists, they're going to suck it so dry the caverns collapse, never to be used again, and the hoses start spewing out a salty brine, water, and oil mixture.
