For God's sake, do NOT reply to rejections with insults to slush readers and editors. I can't fathom why anyone would think this is a great idea. Like that's going to change our minds...? Swiftest way to get the ban hammer.

Ways to ruin your chance of an acceptance: 1. Make it personal. It's really not. 2. Assume everything you write is flawless. Even the Kings, Gaimans, and Clancys of the world revise their work. 3. Ignore non-optional submission guidelines. Writing work requires a thick hide and humility. [2/2]
