New video footage shows a US Tomahawk missile hitting an IRGC facility in Minab, Iran, on Feb 28, showing for the first time that the US struck the area. The footage also shows smoke already rising from the vicinity of the girls’ school, where 175 people were reportedly killed, including children.

A video released by Mehr News, and geolocated by Bellingcat, shows the missile hitting a building near the school. This image shows a comparison between the Tomahawk missile seen in the video and a Tomahawk missile flying over Tehran earlier in the conflict.

The US is the only participant in the war that is known to have Tomahawk missiles. Israel is not known to have Tomahawk missiles.

The red cone superimposed over this image shows the estimated area of impact of the missile visible in the footage. The graphic also shows the position of a clinic, the school and other damaged buildings.

Planet Labs satellite imagery shows only two structures within this red cone were damaged, including a clinic. The other structure appears to be an earth covered magazine or bunker.

The truth is out: Trump lied... again. He has joined Netanyahu's murderous "collateral damage" narrative. 181 innocent children dead in Minab and 20,000 innocent children dead in Gaza. To Netanyahu's delight... there's a pair of them in it. ONE child's life should never be ended by another.

vidence from Bellingcat & ARES confirms a US Tomahawk hit that Iranian school, killing 170+. Trump’s response? "Tomahawks are generic; Iran did it." 2026, the "Entity" doesn't apologize for "dated intelligence" errors; it just waits for the blowback to reach Austin.

We are currently investigating the cause of the downed, I mean technical problems surrounding the KC-135, which has been prioritised over investigating the deaths of 165 Iranians, mainly women and children, probably, I mean possibly by a US Tomahawk missile...

Also: the explosion appears to be different from an open air or building explosion. Black dirt? Also mostly directed upward, so a deep strike in a soil covered bunker? About the smoke coming from the school: isn’t this smoke from earlier hits on the complex drifting over the school?
