I think they do that during regular House sessions, but not during joint sessions like SOTU where the House chamber is pushing capacity

The one courageous person in the entire Congress. They all should’ve had signs and been escorted out one at a time. People should’ve stood with giant pictures of Renee and Alex and all the other folks. And Epstein victims, etc., etc.. stood & turned their backs to him with images on their backs.
