We talk we don’t We walk we run we flee We strive we drive The pointlessness of being We grow we slow We wake we scream We angst we dream The pointlessness of being

We wait we wait We sit we stay We rest all day The pointlessness of being We fight we stand We break we can’t We resist and desist The pointlessness of being

We live we die We sink we fly We cry and cry The pointlessness of being It’s all too much It’s too big and small We’re waiting to fall The pointlessness of being

We burn and burn Our children yearn For something anything The pointlessness of being We fuck we fight We sleep all night And dance into a Pointlessness of being

The big the small Give a shit at all Wait wonder why The pointlessness of being The rich the poor They breed the greed And lie and die The pointlessness of being
