It is by sheer luck on our part that the pipe burst - which knocked all our kitchen cabinets off the wall and all our glassware on the ground - happened on Thanksgiving weekend. At 8 p.m. on any other Sunday night, we would have been washing dishes at the sink, directly in front of those cabinets.

We have been organizing with other Pinnacle tenants for some time now. My neighbors have many horror stories like ours. Pinnacle’s neglect could have serious consequences.

Will add that while the pipe is (allegedly) fixed, we still have no kitchen wall and our apartment is full of drywall dust. This is what it looked like on Monday!
