Graphic 2 Alt txt: Location confusion: The job hunt is hard enough. Do not make it more stressful with unclear, or vague, location requirements. If your role is remote, but to a particular location, clarify that. If your role is hybrid, do not list it as remote, and detail hybrid expectations.
