I remember feeling similarly while playing Ghost of Tsushima, the whole game felt like the origin story of "The Ghost" to me. And the original Control reveal trailer had me going "Oh! It's a superhero game!" I wonder why we typically reserve the term for comic book characters though...

Great read, and I agree. Loved Onimusha and really love my time with Control Resonant so far. The latter took me a while until I found my groove with the combat though, but now it's fun. Also definitely recommend ramping the damage output up a bit and damage income down just a bit. Now its perfect.
