He signed the agreement. I can't forgive the US media for allowing him to continue harrassing Canada.

Canada paid for the whole thing (bridge, both plazas, on-ramps) but the US refused to. Unless the US wants to pay for their entire share of the costs right now, no deal. You're not stealing it.
