I don't think it's a particularly bad move to put the work of a trans creator into Fortnite, you know the Potter prick is seething over it. Fill the game up with queers, let them take over!! I'm not saying it's necessarily good to work with a company who supports JK's work but that's an upside.

I didn't say it's good. I just said there's a silver lining. Epic isn't a great company but at least in this one instance it's benefiting a trans creator.

Does it though? Does Epic give a percentage of all profits to all current collab partners, or do they track DLC purchases so you buy skin X and partner X gets a portion of the proceeds from that, while partner Y only gets money if you buy skin Y.

There's absolutely no chance buying a skin for any franchise other than HP will go to JK. It'll be split between Epic and the rights owners to the IP the skin is based on. Epic aren't exactly the best company but my point is that JK isn't getting anything from TADC's appearance.

Legitimately I do not know how this works; I don't play Fortnite or work for Epic or partner with them and I have no idea what their contracts look like. I'm wondering if it actually does support JKR to make any purchase at all in Fortnite while the HP collab is happening, or if buying a Pomni skin

will support a trans creator and give JKR nothing. It doesn't affect my decision making since I have no plans to buy anything in Fortnite anyway, but people who may want to support TADC and not support JKR *should* know so they can make the right decision.
