Honestly, maybe this should be part of Phoenix. We have <.live_component />. Why not also <.component />? Cc @josevalim.bsky.social

Why it is not a single "apply(mod, fun, [assigns])"? Function components are just functions, no? So you should invoke it as any function?

The short answer is I didn’t know how to properly pass in the slot. I initially tried the single apply, but I didn’t find a way to handle the named slot.
