I assume that there's gonna be a fairly consequent overhead when using a JS/TS config file compared to JSON for someone not using JS plugins? Do you worry that perhaps this will lead to some users experiencing slower performance than they should because they won't realize this?

We can make them very fast by adjusting how we pick up config files.
