I agree, but unfortunately as long as MAGA exists in any state legislatures, there will never be a Constitutional amendment ratified that will allow this to happen. Winning Congress and the Presidency alone isn’t enough - you have to win a minimum of 2/3rds of ALL state legislatures as well.

Row v Wade was settled law for a long time, but the right wing worked tirelessly to overturn it. If we want our constitution to survive we need to work even harder to to save it. The evil of the right wing propaganda machine took a long time to build. The fight is only beginning.
