I agree, but unfortunately as long as MAGA exists in any state legislatures, there will never be a Constitutional amendment ratified that will allow this to happen. Winning Congress and the Presidency alone isn’t enough - you have to win a minimum of 2/3rds of ALL state legislatures as well.

The system was *intentionally* broken by stacking courts to make judgments that legalized corruption. That is the only thing that actually needs to be fixed. Without corruption, Trump would have been impeached and removed on the first attempt, and media monopolies would have been disallowed.

The Constitution does provide for the convening of a Constitutional Convention to rewrite the Constitution. There are some dangers in that, but at this point I believe they are worth the risk. That's become the only way to fix it all.

The 25th Amendment was never intended as a political solution. It must be initiated by the VP and cabinet, and Trump is giving them everything they want, so they have no reason to use it. Plus Trump would contest it.

Independent polls showed that the true rough numbers were close to the official results : About 1/3 voted for the criminal, 1/3 voted for Clinton/Biden/Harris, and 1/3 didn't bother to vote (1/3 never vote). So 2/3 effectively gave us this disaster. The U.S. --collectively--sucks.
