Converting my rails template (that only I use to start projects) into a components product that me, my team and others will use is an exercise in... Re-examining every detail of every piece of every project... forever. What did I get myself into?

I've been listening to you talk about this on your pod and when I heard it I was like "good luck". Every time I've tried his I've ran into the "what the heck was I thinking" problem. As well as the "nth use case problem." e.g. "I've covered these 3 use cases, now I need this 4th" Good luck sir!

For real. It's that tricky balance of thinking, "I am going to build it slower now so I can build it faster in the future", but the issues start popping up when you get to the future and realize what you have built does not solve your _new_ use case, so you have to go back and rework.

too real. also the fact that I'm re-building it while starting up several new apps. "these new apps are a good opportunity to build this thing in the wild!" (read: build 200% slower).
