So a clarification: the Darren Aronofsky slopaganda "tv series" has no coherent narrative throughline and each episode is 3 minutes long.

It's not a feature film or tv show. The closest analogue is the weird AI slop retellings of movies you will see if you scroll deep into short-form video apps. Or perhaps, if you're familiar with those, a very shitty version of a Canadian Heritage Minute.

Because I became morbidly and horrifyingly curious about it, I watched the first episode and it is... worse than you think. It feels padded at a 3 minute runtime. Everything has a skin-crawling uncanny valley quality.

The system's inability to generate even a moderately long shot is evident all the time; some shots look like they were stretched out in editing to make them longer. The sound design is horrendous. Whatever real SAG actors they got for this seem to be hamstrung by dubbing over AI voices.

Everything is in nauseating closeups and inserts because any kind of scene with more than two people in it looks disgusting, it just has this horrifying quality where all the people seem to be slightly off-kilter clones of one another.
