…based partly on my experience of being put in charge of something, told to make an AI contributions policy, then getting steamrolled repeatedly.

I've been very lucky in that I've got a really good relationship with the CEO at my current place, but I still dove in front of this just to make sure psychosis didn't catch anywhere, and have been largely successful so far.
