One possible addition: the subreviewers could see the other reviews after submitting their reviews. This is not yet in either hotcrp or easychair.

Is that a suggestion, or a statement? The CfP is out, and I don't think there'll be any major policy change from now on (at least not unless something critical requires it).

Ohh I did not know that. Thanks for telling me! But the conferences where I subreviewed in Hotcrp, I could not see other reviews of the paper.

I have always been able to do this at PODC and DISC both of which are hosted on hotcrp. I think it is configurable. From SIROCCO I heard that easychair does not support this.
