I have been taking photos of vanity license plates for over 20 years and I believe this is the first time a plate has stopped me dead in my tracks and made me say, "This is the worst license plate I've ever seen."

Not a state-issued tag but this has been on my camera roll since the 00s! The fact that the car is a POS makes it even better.
