I have been taking photos of vanity license plates for over 20 years and I believe this is the first time a plate has stopped me dead in my tracks and made me say, "This is the worst license plate I've ever seen."

This urologist lived near us in the Philly suburbs. Saw this one many times, always laughed...and cringed. Apologies for the quality of the shot.
