Had to get a root canal on Thursday. All seemed fine over the weekend, no big deal, but yesterday it started to hurt like heck. One very bad night’s sleep later and it doesn’t really hurt now, but one side of my jaw is very swollen 😐

Update: emergency dental appointment booked. Woke up with half a face looking (and feeling) like I’d taken a kick from a rugby boot to the jaw. Not that I got much sleep in the first place!

I’m now minus one tooth, plus one gaping hole in my jaw, and on a strong course of antibiotics. FUN!
