Haven't been posting much bread stuff because I am so frustrated Wife like white sourdough breads, so I am trying to make pure white, but they always over-proof with some just being... urg #Sourdough

That looms a super white loaf to me, they are difficult though. Mine seem to work better with some extra like parmesan. Have alighted on a favourite with malted flour and white with added seeds - it's super tasty.

Beautiful bread though How much cheese do you add? Might have time for an experiment this weekend

I use 80gm parmesan in a 450gm white bread flour sourdough and about 2 gm of both thyme and chive very finely copped.
