In Europe we get the fluoride from our toothpaste. Less waste, since it's applied directly to the teeth.

My fridge water filter removes that fluoride flavor from the water, $30 a year, worth it.

As a former dairy farmer, I cannot understand why anyone drinks raw milk. I even pasteurized our milk for my children. Once they were a few years old, they had raw milk, but they were also well exposed to the bacteria on our farm. I never gave unpasteurized milk to visitors.
