That's a correct decision from the Federal Judge as it was a direct violation of Liberty, Democracy and Freedom of Opinions! And it was also unfair as no far rightist nazi remnant Israeli protester screaming garbage like 'Death to all Arabs' or 'Kill all Palestinian babies and children''s arrested!!

Hopefully these activists will march against the FIFA world cup coming to USA. USA cannot keep foreigners safe, USA has a gestapo ICE problem, a gun problem, a hateful racism problem. Have World Cup stay in Mexico/Canada where the players and fans will be welcomed and safe.

He was taken outside his apartment. Not for violence. Not for crime. But for daring to speak—for being the Other. Mahmoud Khalil’s release is justice delayed. But the message was sent: Dissent can be punished. Belonging can be revoked. That’s how othering works. We unpack it here:

hivegeist.usHiveGeist - OtheringThe actual is not what we are, but rather what we become, what we are in the process of becoming—that is the Other, our becoming-other.

This is what bugs me. The AP reported on the 11th that Judge Farbiarz ordered his release but that he would remain in custody until “at least” the 13th so the gov’t could appeal. Now it’s the 20th & the same judge has again ordered his release. When does he actually get released?
