Kirk would have approved

Meanwhile, the media is busy reporting about the shooting of a guy who has argued that gun deaths are ‘worth it’… 🤯 www.newsweek.com/charlie-kirk...

I feel like this should be plastered on the news at the very least just as much as Charlie Kirk. But we all know that wont happen

😢

Shoot kids at school and Conservatives do nothing but shoot at a wealthy conservative and the whole right wing is ready to go to war.

This is way more important than a misogynistic bigot who was not even a fucking politician.

Crazy is Kirk is getting more attention than this high school

the deadliest danger now confronting humanity is the "scapegoat" psychology associated with the old ethic. We are in the grip of this psychology when we project our own dark shadow onto an individual or group identified as our "enemy," failing to see it inourselves. sites.google.com/view/somnus/...

The violent crime has never been worse than now under Donald Trump!

Waiting for the response from Trump ....

But Charlie Kirk~~~~~~ www.newsweek.com/charlie-kirk...

Another day with “Thoughts and Prayers”

So Charlie Kirk gets a big grand special report on his death, but not these poor folks? Goes to show what's more important to these big news outlets.

Can we immediately shift our focus to this please and forget about the guy who got killed while spouting hateful crap praising guns? Thank you.

Has Trump saId anything about this? (Snort. Joke.)

fuckin insanity

That's my Charlie. "I think it's worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights" - Charlie Kirk, 2023

This is Trump's America!!!

So god damn sick of guns and the disgusting hold they have on this country. It’s the guns.

Just next door to Utah. Maybe the mountains are really the problem.

The 47th school shooter this year.

Another tragic school shooting!

I’m so sad. If you aren’t, then your soul needs a good scrubbin’.

This needs to be spoken about as well-no thoughts and prayers needed!

lol!

So true!

Charts dont kill people. People make charts show things.

First thing I noticed.

Horrible. Makes me sad children aren't safe at school & angry that Republicans won't pass any legislation that could help reduce access to mass killing weapons. Same day as right wing pundit gets shot. Guns are a problem. So is mental illness.

Are any of those students Charlie Kirk? No? No half-mast flags for them.

But Republicans keep telling America that is more important to ban books and not guns. For Republicans guns are not the problem. They are afraid of thinking, critical thinking. They don't care about the life of ordinary folks, only their pockets. Make America GREEDY again.

Appalling that no one has mentioned the high school shooting this afternoon noon in Colorado.

How about covering this instead of Kirk!

Just part of the fall season now, right up there with football and pumpkin spice latte.

Where are Trump’s thoughts and prayers with this school shooting?

no one is talking about this

💔💔💔

This is what Republicans consider acceptable

arm the general public, 100% chance a lot more killing gonna happen doesnt have to be this way 🇺🇸👀

According to Kirk, this is just the price for 2nd ammendment

Definitely need more guns. How many children dying will it take to have some sensible gun control?

Give prayers to these students instead. They are innocent.

Evergreen is appropriate, since school shootings are the story that never goes away.

Thanks you too!

Yes. That is the sickness.

School children get shot; Republicans: “Thoughts and prayers.” Nazi Fascist gets shot; me: “Karma…oh and God works in mysterious ways.”

Boy, it sure does seem as though we have a gun problem, but I'm sure it's a "woke" thing.

Wait, let’s not forget. We do have a gun problem but all of it is in the urban Latin American African-American communities? Right because mass shootings always happen in the hood? Can anybody name the list mass shooter that was Latino or African-American?

Wait ? What? Another shooting in a small mostly Caucasian town??? Hmmmmmmm. I have a question ready folks. When was the last time a mass shooter was Latin American or African-American? Can somebody please answer me that question

The NRA will argue that guns are safe and that it is the crazy people who commit the shootings. If that is the case, why allow crazy people easy access to guns?

Gun violence must stop!

This is every bit as important as Kirk's shooting (more, IMO), so I hope @CNN talks about it and the need for gun control tonight.

How about all those plane crashes too. Better send troops to Chicago 😆

Just another school shooting NBD

Omg 😳

Uhmn,…so? Charlie Kirk’s ghost MAGA Making America GHASTLY(as shit)Again! 👊🇺🇸💩

Wait, who is going to get the thoughts and prayers?

USA USA

This is actual news. This is what people should actually care about

Two of our 3 local news focused more on the school as it unfolds & reported the Kirk one. Other station focused more on Kirk

Pour kids. They should be safe and free at school.

F***!!! Do Americans love their guns more than their children?! Prolife my ass!

Will they ever take assault rifles out of civilian hands!

For some reason Fox News will give this slightly less air to time than the Utah shooting.

Geezus America STOP just stop killing each other and STOP with the gun violence it is getting to the point of stupidity!

We are collectively numbed to these, utterly depressing.

Well I can't remember the last time Australia had a school shooting, I can remember the last time we had a mass shooting but I was only 9 at the time, so nearly 30 years ago!

That's right... The numbers vary depending on definition but the magnitude is right. Google it... "usa school shooting per year"

It's not always a school, but we average 1 mass shooting per day www.gunviolencearchive.org/reports/mass... We lost about 129 people every day to gun violence in 2023 www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/...

This deserves our attention and compassion. It’s the guns. We need gun control, obviously.

The right wing propaganda got shot today. This happened too – do these kids’ murders get to be important, in light of the hugeness of the Kirk thing? Kirk famously said that shootings are a worthy sacrifice for the principle of keeping guns flowing through society. These 2 kids feel the same way?

Basically happened at the same time. Has Trump posted about this high school shooting? I am not on "Truth" social. I can guess
