Steam sale of many Apogee titles, including Major Stryker and Blake Stone going for 59p each... don't mind if I do!

How about some recommendations for the uninitiated? For 59p, some of them have got to be worth a punt. 🙂

Major Stryker is a *fantastic* vertical scrolling shmup, strong recommend there. I personally really like Blake Stone, it's built on the Wolfenstein 3D engine but has a sci-fi vibe (aliens instead of Nazis, basically!) And if you've never tried Rise of the Triad, you've not lived... incredible FPS!

Damn your eyes! You just cost me £2.37! How will I survive? Oh, I know. I’ll play some games. 😄

If I can’t take recommendations from a person I’ve never met before but seems relatively sane, who can I take them from?
