Don't abusers usually blame the victim? Don't abusers usually try to minimize their abuse in the same way this guy is trying to? Yup, this guy's guilty. I'm hopeful the justice system comes to the same conclusion, but it doesn't really work out in favor of the victim, especially against Congressmen.
