Would a company like ACME be able to survive your scrutiny, or could you shut them down in full after such an egregious pattern of malfeasance and disregard for toon safety?

That's a tough one only because it all hinges on whether or not the laws that protect people also protect cartoons. If yes, all of the accountability tools would be available. If not, that path becomes much less clear.
