This looks great 🙏 Will it reduce render times and/or what are the user-facing improvements of adopting this? One bottleneck with e.g. blogs is even with freeze all the posts take some time during render.

We'll have much more to say about it in the future. Right now, the emphasis will be in much better error messages, a much better foundation for future Quarto features, and a small performance improvement.
