I just had a thought about oil flowing through pipelines. There are many valves on the pipe. All belong to different entities: oil suppliers, pipeline owner, federal government, insurance companies, etc. ALL valves MUST be OPEN for oil to flow. It takes only ONE on CLOSE to stop the flow. UNFAIR!
