These numbers are telling. CBS News projects Democrats at 229 House seats to Republicans’ 206. Look at what voters are saying: • 65% say the economy is bad. • 57% say Trump’s policies have hurt them financially. • DON’T MISS THIS: 83% say government corruption is a major factor in their vote.

So he says at the end that Trump is helping republican candidates. Really? Showing up at talking about men’s asses is tightening the race? Really?

With 83% claiming corruption as the reason they're voting, maybe standing in front of a crowd of people boasting how rich you're getting from astronomical gas prices wasn't a sound strategy. 🤷‍♂️

The ultimate glitch in the political OS: voters hate the current version of the economy, but they’re terrified of the legacy software. We’re essentially choosing between a slow crash and a hard reboot.

It was the blatant corruption that ended Orbán in Hungary. It’s the corruption that’s ended the Russian-puppet in Serbia. Turns out democracies reject overt corruption when the populous wakes up to it.

Then Dems had better deliver, big time, even if every piece of legislation is vetoed. They must launch investigations on every elected official who is obviously profiting from their position. But here's the thing: it's up to us to keep the pressure on by calling and writing them daily. #DoYourDuty

Let's make this election a landslide! The only way to make that happen is to Vote. The polls don't decide the elections, your vote does.

There are 20 Dem Congress people from Texas and Florida. If Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis refuse to certify those elections, Dems have only 209 instead of 229. If those states certify the Republicans in those seats instead, the GOP has 226 instead of 206. Anything can happen with these guys.

Beware polls, they don't tell all. There is a one about corruption, and republicans see it as an issue too. Problem is democrats see the Trump administration as corrupt. Republicans still see Minnesota and immigrants as the corruption. Polls only.know what we say, not necessarily the truth 🙄

Notice what's most important to voters on both sides: not Trump's anti humanitarianism, not the pedophilia, not the warmongering, not the destruction to the environment.... Money

I'm hearing a lot about disgruntled Republicans stating their disgust at Republicans in Congress who have willfully submitted to Trump rather than do their jobs. Let's see what pans out next week. Could be trouble down ballot.

MSM IS SHOWING THIS TO GET OUT THE RED VOTE. please don’t fall for it. IGNORE POLLS PLEASE. VOTE BLUE VOTE BLUE UP&DOWN THE BALLOT Thanks

No, don’t look! New documentary came out today. It’s called Red Flags. A journalist did a documentary after following Trumper’s for 10 years. Vote like we’re really down because these people are secretly gonna vote for Trump. It’ll be on Paramount+ tomorrow.

Yes, we are likely to win the House. But the Senate is up for grabs. And as @dearlstephens.bsky.com and others have noted, a Dem failure to retake the Senate would probably mean one or two more conservative SCOTUS Justices and would certainly mean MANY more conservative lower court federal judges.

How are those 206 seats possible? The Republican congressmen have let a crazy corrupt unreliable narcissist run the country for a year and a half. So who still votes for a Republican now?

Every time I let MAGA leave my mind for a moment, I forget how terrible they are. But then I see large numbers of people STILL voting republican and remember - rape, fascism, literal concentrations camps, lawfare, fraud, and war crimes are somehow not dealbreakers for Republican votes. #sad #silence

Problem is people running aren’t all Ds. Look at Fetterman. WFP is a problem. Plus you’d need a strong supermajority for veto-proof. But it’s unconstitutional anyway.
