Feels like some people never learned that the purpose of attaining power should be exercising power to morally good ends. It's like they read kid's books about evil kings being defeated, & instead of looking up to the hero for self-sacrifice and virtue, they valorized his sick overthrowing skills.

You can afford many people around you telling you that you still rock! 💪

The implication being they know what is right but are afraid to do so. Mayyyybe sometimes, sure.
